What Aldea is
A referral and care-navigation platform helping families find vetted pediatric providers in Florida. We are not a clinical practice and do not provide medical or therapeutic services.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ and the parent or legal guardian of the child for whom you seek services. Providers must hold an active Florida license.
On-platform requirement
All matching, intake and billing facilitated by Aldea must happen on the platform.
Fees
Free for families. Providers pay a subscription. Visit fees are charged separately by each provider.
No medical advice
Content on Aldea is informational and not a substitute for clinician advice.
Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Close your account anytime by emailing hello@youraldea.com.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
